This is where my coaching support comes in. I’m Ruth Ramsay, sex and intimacy coach. I’ll help you understand and approach sex in a whole new way – a way which will create the connection, pleasure and playfulness you long for.

My approach is upbeat and solutions-focused: we’ll find ways for change to happen, fast. I won’t judge you; as a striptease artist for over a decade then a fitness trainer, I spent years listening to men’s secret fears and desires. Now as a certified coach (since 2019), I create a safe space for you to speak openly, move past shame, and grow into your true sexual self.
